FUTURITY:
:: Held in the fall of 2008,
this class is for 3 year olds. One division only. Two go rounds;
highest added score determines the winner
DERBY:
:: Held in the
fall of 2008, this class is for 5 year olds or older. One go
round; highest score determines the winner.
SWEEPSTAKES:
:: Held in the
fall of 2008, this class is for 5 year olds or older. One go
round; highest score determines the winner. For Trainers or
Non-pros.
BONANZA:
:: Held in the
fall of 2008, this class is for Non-Pro riders. Any age horse.
One go round; highest score determines the winner. They must own
their horse (see ApHC rule 900.J)
LIMITED RIDER:
:: Held in the
fall of 2008, this class is for GREEN Non-Pro riders, in an
effort to bring in new cutting horse riders. To qualify the
rider must never have entered a non-pro or open cutting class in
any breed cutting or any ACHA or NCHA cutting event. They DO NOT have to own their horse. Rider should have some experience on a cutter. One go round;
highest score determines the winner.
YOUTH CUTTING:
:: Held in the fall of 2008, this class is for Youth riders up to age 18. One go round; highest score determines the winner. In an effort to bring in more youth riders, they don't have to own their mount.
OVER 50:
:: Held in the fall of our years ..... Entries (riders) for this class MUST be over 50 years of age. They must own their horses. Safety belts allowed along with Velcro, super glue and double sided tape. You do not have to qualify for this class; just show up at the show and enter. Be prepared to be carded if we do not believe you are fifty! GOOD LUCK!!
