Program Ad Specs and General
Information - 2008:
Program Size: 8.5
inches x 11 inches.
Ad Prep:
:: Page must be printer ready.
In other words, the person wanting the ad gets it ready. They can
scan their ad and email it to me at:

(Please mention in email subject line, this is an ad for ApCHA
show program)
:: There is a
$25 fee if we
have to design the ad for them. I am not a graphic designer but
do the best we can.
Ad Positioning:
:: Color ads will be at the
front of the program and the black/whites will be toward the end
of the program.
:: Front cover is taken.
The back cover is available;
color only; $600.
Program Circulation:
:: All Sponsors except for business card ads are
thanked in the Cutting Horse Chatter and
Appaloosa Journal.
These journals reach well over 30,000 subscribers. The programs
will be passed out throughout the Will Rogers Coliseum over the 10
day show period.

:: Banners are visible behind the
cattle working area on the arena floor. ApCHA sponsor banners
are allowed up only during our classes going by ApHC rules.
:: These banners will have the logo
of the company sponsor, which will be large enough to be seen
from any end of the arena. The banners are 4 ft x 4 ft. with the
company logo square in the middle. They sell for $1000. Some of
the action shots will have the banners in the background. These
banners will be up for the two day event. They will also get a
full page color ad in program.
